Ages 0-4 (open to siblings under 8 years in school holidays)
An open session for both parent and toddler to explore the range of gymnastics equipment encouraging early movement and balance skills. Price includes use of the soft play area.
Parents are encouraged to explore the equipment with their child at their own leisure. At 10:45 and 11:15 a coach will lead Action Stations! - a fun time to join in which includes parachute games, balance, rolling, jumping, rotation and speed. A new skill every week!

Please also note that parents are responsible for their own children.
Independent classes. These sessions are taught through play in a physical environment based on gymnastics, tumbling and other sporting activities and learning their "skill of the week"

Once booked into one of our pre-school classes, we offer the first two weeks as pay-as-you-go taster sessions.
After the second week, we bill termly upfront or we give the option to pay monthly via Direct Debit.
As we are affliated to British Gymnastics, annual insurance and membership is due after the second week.
Please note - children should be out of nappies and pull ups to be able to attend Pre-school Fundamental sessions.If children are not ready for the Pre-school Fundmental class, we reserve the right to delay their start into the class.
Crawling - 2.5 years
These sessions are coach led with parental assistance. The sessions are taught through play in a physical environment based of agility, gymnastics, rebound skills and early hand-eye coordination. Children will work towards early British Gymnastics Fundamental badges and certificates
Ages 2.5 - 4 years
These sessions are coach led with parental support. Sessions include warm up games, early rebound while learning about aerial awareness and full body co-ordination on the trampolines.
We also include circuits you can explore with your child whilst witing for your turn.
